Abuse & Enforcement Policy

This policy outlines how we handle abuse of our services and enforce our policies. We take all reports of abuse seriously and investigate each one thoroughly.

1. Types of Abuse

Abuse can include, but is not limited to:

  • Spam and unsolicited messages.
  • Harassment, bullying, and threats.
  • Phishing and social engineering attempts.
  • Distribution of malware or viruses.
  • Unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

2. Reporting Abuse

If you encounter any form of abuse on our platform, please report it immediately. You can use our reporting tools or contact our abuse team directly.

3. Investigation Process

We investigate all reports of abuse. Our team reviews the evidence and takes appropriate action based on the severity of the violation.

4. Enforcement Actions

Depending on the nature of the abuse, we may:

  • Remove the offending content.
  • Temporarily suspend the user's account.
  • Permanently terminate the user's account.
  • Report the activity to law enforcement if necessary.

5. Appeals

If you believe that your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may appeal the decision. We will review your appeal and notify you of the outcome.
